These are great but you

"These are great but you have to take the time to break them in, so they don’t hurt your feet. I need them and use them for every run."

Good Idea, Poor result

"I really wanted to like these insoles, the concept of being able to add a carbon plate and a little more foam to a trainer thus making it a super trainer is a great idea. however it doesn't work with this product. the heal area is much too wide and can not be trimmed. the carbon plate adds stiffness without responsiveness. Super shoes and trainers work becuase the plate in sandwiched or inside the layer of foam. if the pate in in the insole it can not work with the foam. also most trainers where you would add this insole too use a foam thats already stable, not needing the pate for added stability like a race day shoe with a softer bouncier foam. Overall not my favorite and would recommend spending the money just to put toward a true super shoe."

Comfortable insoles at the start

"Comfortable insoles at the start of a run, but after a mile or so I can feel some sort of bump in only my left insole, almost like it is bunching up or bending. If I put tape on the bottom of my foot, the pain is manageable but I don't think I will get another pair. This is the only issue I've had with any super feet product."

Matt S. (3/5)

Waste of money

"This is all hype the fiber plate flexes way to much for one. There is no way if gives any return. The main issue though is they run small. I tried four different pairs of 11 mens shoes and in all of them i can feel the end of the insole with my toes. Its over a quarter inch to short. Beyond annoying to feel this the whole time. If you had a 10. 5 they might work fine but at this price i expect more. None of the other super feet insoles have this issue."

Noticeable Difference

"I could really feel the spring these insoles gave to my non-super shoes during my run. My splits are definitely quicker and they are pretty comfortable. The only knock I have is the upper side doesn't seem to be the same material as other SF insoles. I do notice my feet sliding a little after a few miles. While I'm using them primarily for shorter, faster runs, I do wonder if they might cause blisters on a longer one."
