for the planet
There’s nothing better than exploring our big, beautiful world with the comfort and support of Superfeet, and we’re committed to doing our part to create a cleaner, healthier planet for all. We're proud to partner with non-profit organizations working to protect crucial ecosystems and shape climate policy. We have also measured the combined carbon footprint of our entire business and are taking steps to reduce it, focusing on physical emission reductions based on science-aligned targets.
Measuring our footprint
Superfeet started on our carbon reduction journey in 2021. We’ve measured, researched, and learned, and are making changes every step of the way. Lifecycle emissions of Superfeet products accounted for 94% of our carbon footprint in 2021, making it the clear target for future reduction efforts. The remaining 6% of our emissions are created by heating and cooling, electricity and gas usage, staff commuting and business travel, and waste at Superfeet headquarters. It all adds up to an average of 2.50kg CO2e Per Pair (weighted) average*

Eliminating Polybags
We have eliminated 90% of the polybags used to deliver raw materials from overseas.
moving forward
In the years to come, reducing emissions in our supply chain will drastically reduce the overall carbon emissions of Superfeet and enable us to hit science-based targets that can prevent the worst effects of climate change. We are also committed to fostering and preserving natural environments, especially our local landscapes in the Pacific Northwest.
