"If you know anything about cycling shoes, you know they aren't cheap. I bought a pair of Sidi shoes last year and I love them. I decided this year to replace the insoles as I was feeling some 'spots' on longer rides. I landed on the Superfeet Blue. The difference is unbelievable. "Not only do these make your feet feel better but they also help snug up your shoes if they are a little too roomy. I have several pair of them so I don't have to move them from shoe to shoe. Good support

"Due to a medical event a few years ago, I developed neuropathy in my left leg and foot. Any existing shoe I wore hurt. Those shoes didn't have enough cushion or support. I tried other insole brands, but they were terrible. Then, I turned to running shoes (with big cushy soles). I went through 5 different brands until I found one that I could tolerate. Great, but running shoes don't always meet the dress code. So. . . decided to give these insoles a shot. I am very happy that they make my regular shoes tolerable. Good support and comfort throughout the day. As with any insole or shoe, I had to give them a week or two to do their thing. Seems like these will work where others fail. Long term, I hope they expand the number and types of shoes I can wear."

How thick are these insoles?: Hi Martina, BLUE measures approximately 5.4 mm thick in the heel and 4 mm thick in the forefoot. This is an unweighted measurement and can change once pressure is applied.

Looking for a good supportive soccer cleat insert for my 9 year old. He has been having issues with heel pain and knee pain.
